Mr. Griffin's responsibilities at Agro Engineering, Inc. include irrigation system testing, surface irrigation system design, irrigation water management and crop management. Also, he is working with the aerial program and with water rights projects. Mr Griffin worked as an agronomist and farm manager in South America (Argentina and Uruguay) for almost 10 years over crops such as soybeans, corn, wheat, barley and pastures.

Mr. Griffin developed a surface irrigation system based on terraces adaptable to specific areas of Uruguay and Argentina. Ten thousand (10,000) hectares was developed which main objective was the conservation of the soil and irrigation.

For his thesis as a graduate student, he worked on the study of terraces for irrigation purposes.
