Mr. Thompson is a project engineer with Agro Engineering with a background in Civil Engineering specializing in water resources, hydraulics, hydrology, water quality modeling, and GIS. Mr. Thompson is experienced in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, and has developed flood inundation models to examine flood risks, develop flood mitigation strategies, and design restoration measures. Related hydraulic/hydrologic computer skills include HEC-RAS, SWMM, hydraulic transients programs, and Haestad Methods applications. During summer months, Mr. Thompson is involved with irrigation system testing and design, and heads the aerial photography program at Agro Engineering.
