Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we offer summer internships to college students majoring in agricultural engineering and crop science and related fields. Our internship program offers college students the opportunity to work in a professional atmosphere within their field of study. Throughout the growing season, interns work under our consultants.

Internships involve assisting our consultants with the aerial photography program, applied research, irrigation system design, pest and disease scouting, irrigation scheduling, plant and soil fertility sampling, bruise monitoring, storage evaluation and other special projects. Interns are able to foster working relationships with consultants and clients, as well as other industry players.

While the work involves long hours, there is time for recreation. We try to make room for company-sponsored events, such as white-water rafting and an annual trek up one of our state's 14,000-foot mountains.

Recruiting for summer is initiated in the winter and is usually finalized by spring.
